2011-08-03 [Nioniel]: ?

2011-08-03 [Flisky]: This page confuses me.

2011-08-03 [Nioniel]: Me too. :/

2011-08-03 [Flisky]: Why can't the person send a message themselves?

2011-08-03 [kians mummy]: Why is this then? :)

2011-08-03 [kians mummy]: Because they may be afraid to, because they may feel the guard may ban them for this

2011-08-03 [Flisky]: As far as I know, guards won't ban someone for taking a complaint to them, even if it's on another guard.

2011-08-03 [Flisky]: You are honestly recommending people not to handle the problem themselves?

2011-08-03 [kians mummy]: Sorry but yes, there can be favourtism involved in guards dealing with reported guards, as they will always stick up for them

2011-08-03 [Flisky]: If that is true, then even a third person moderator isn't going to make a difference. I'm sorry to say, but the thing you are trying to do doesn't make sense in the least.

If a person has a problem, then they need to make the report or write the message themselves.

2011-08-03 [Stephen]: o_O'

Guards aren't supposed to accept complaints unless they're by the person who's having issues.

2011-08-03 [Stephen]: lol @ Elf12 Links

2011-08-03 [Nioniel]: "as they will always stick up for them."

I'm sorry, but that's just not true. Using absolutes like always is ridiculous, firstly, and secondly, it just doesn't happen.

2011-08-03 [Stephen]: Guards don't ban you for saying a few wrong words. At least, they don't on the other Hedda-sites where I'm a Guard, and I doubt they do here.

Guards ban you if you do things like call them corrupt assholes, or otherwise harass people. If they banned you for saying you think they were in the wrong over something, I don't imagine they would be a Gard much longer. :)
